Mood board – placing different types of horror sub-genre and historical horror films on a piece of A3 paper
 
Poster annotation – Annotation of a poster from the horror film genre
 
Film Trailer analysis – Analysis of a trailer of your choice
 
Details about your story – plot narrative, storyboard, sound list, character list
 
Age rating – rationale for why you have rated your film in a particular way
 
The History of Special effects – choose one image that you have been given (also available on the blog) and write about how that special effect was used. It is best to choose different ones in your group
 
Shot List – List the camera angles for your trailer and their desired effect
 
Filming and editing – film the trailer and edit using IMovie or Movie Maker
 
DVD cover, film poster and other promotional print media – design print advertising to promote your film
 
Evaluation – Evaluate the practical work
